Pure Elements Water

We replaced our 2 aging Lifesource water treatment systems with 2 Pure Elements water filtration systems. We also installed a Pure Elements filter for our landscape irrigation system. We are extremely pleased with our new systems and highly recommend Pure Elements.

I purchased three units (Sep. 2018) for myself, my dad and my sister to prevent any more pinhole leaks in the copper pipes. Water samples were independently tested before and after installation. Chloramines were eliminated by apox. 95%+. To date (Jul. 2022) all three homes still remain at these same levels, with no further leaks. I did the research to find the cause (FDA mandate to add ammonia to chlorinated water) then contacted several companies before deciding on Pure Elements for the fix.

As a mother and naturopathic doctor, clean water is ESSENTIAL! I talk to all of my patients about water filtration and prioritize it for my family. After dozens of hours of research, I am so glad I found Pure Elements. I've been meaning to write this review for a while but kept putting it off. So now I'm writing it. It is liable to be long because this experience of finding a water filter started out badly until we found Pure Elements Water. Anyhow, we don't like our tap water in Long Beach, CA. The taste sucks. So we decided we wanted to get a filter and we wanted a water filter that would do the whole house. Bath and all faucets. The more we researched, frankly the scarier things got. The tap water is filled with chemicals and contaminants. Too many to list here. We are getting smarter and more health conscious and there is no reason to subject ourselves to the potential water hazards. So my husband and I researched like fiends. We actually felt we knew a lot. We started taking sales meetings with people from some of the best known water filter companies out there. It did not go well. The guy from Home Depot was... awful. Super pushy. Didn't care for what Pelican was telling us either. Seemed like it won't work well. Had a couple more meetings. Some guy from Lifespring or some company like that. Can't remember. We think he probably lied to us about salt free water softeners, which we already knew did not exist. To soften water salt must we included. that's a fact. We knew that one. Anyway, we finally found Pure Elements Water, which is out of Newport Beach. We talked to Rick Allen and were blown away by his knowledge base as compared to previous salesmen. What he told us was aligning with what we had researched. We wanted a no salt filter that would handle hard water as well as remove the contaminants. So we bought a water filter tank from Rick with a water conditioner inside to cut down the hard water. This tank "backwashes", which Rick said was critically important to keep the media inside refreshed. We learned a lot from Rick. Anyway, we are thrilled because it is working very well. The water tastes great and feels great on our skin. I believe my skin feels much less dry than it did too. Just can't say enough about how good we feel about our purchase and how professional the entire Pure Elements team was with us. Highly recommend them over any other local water filter company because they are honest and do not waste your time.
