Recently had quite a large plastic debris hit my windshield while driving on the freeway. Luckily no damage to the windshield but the impact caused a part (water deflector) to be knocked out. Crazy! I drove to Mercedes NB and was greeted with a smile by Jonah Perez who went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful! He walked me to the parts department and then was helped by Carlos who was also very helpful. He brought out the part and Jonah was kind enough to place it properly onto the side of the windshield. It took some tinkering to place properly and flushed, but they both wanted to make sure it was done properly. I sincerely can’t thank them enough for all their help! That is amazing service. Thank you again!
