“Love this breakfast spot. They have so many options and the food is SO good! Indoor and outdoor seating, dog friendly on the patio. The service was excellent. Our server Rob was very attentive. We arrived around 9am on on a Saturday morning, and were sat right away. We had delicious coffee in front of us within minutes of being sat. I had a hard time deciding what to eat with all the amazing choices. You have to get the duck fat potatoes they are to die for. I can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes.”

“We give Bill Calhoun sole credit for the fact that, after a 18 month search that ranged from total renovations in Newport Beach to “turn-key” properties in San Clemente, we happily landed in the perfect home for us! We are from Maryland so we were very dependent upon Bill’s thorough knowledge, expertise and perseverance as we navigated through all the options. When we were back on the east coast, Bill always went way above and beyond, driving down to San Clemente many times to check out properties for us. To make a long story short, because we grew to trust his understanding of our likes and dislikes so much, we ended up buying our house sight unseen. But to add more to our story, we secured this awesome house only because Bill advised us to place a back-up offer even after we had written it off as a lost cause. Bill also had the network to connect us with a mortgage broker who was willing to work through some complicated financing issues, closing after a twelve day escrow in order to accommodate our already set travel plans. I cannot say enough to express just how appreciative we are to Bill Calhoun and highly recommend him to everyone. Our daughter and her husband also did an extensive search for a home in Irvine CA and once again Bill Calhoun found the perfect home for them!”

“Dr. Pedersen is very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. I love to come to visit his office. Everything is amazing about this place. Tricia she is my Tooth Fairy. The way how she clean my teeth nobody else did. My teeth never looked better before. Jason Pedersen at the reception very nice and kind, always friendly and have a good mood. He always deal with my insurance and it’s seems he can do it so easy. Also, you might see a beautiful art on the walls. It’s Dr. Pedersen other son’s work. You can just stop by to see it. Last time the shelf art mesmerised me and I couldn’t leave. Everyone is so talented in this family. I want to recommend this place for others, but afraid it will be more difficult to schedule an appointment for future. They are already busy. My husband and my father in-law Dr. Pedersen’s customers as well. They love it! Thank you for taking care of my family!”

“Love Mayweather Boxing + Fitness! Pros: Friendly, supportive, knowledgable staff; clean facility; convenient location; ease of booking classes (app, call in); easy quick check-in; events/challenges to encourage the sense of community and a happy, healthy you; various types/times of classes available to fit your preference/schedule; community feel, no judging – you go at your own pace; this studio is inclusive, fun and once you try it out, you’ll be coming back for more! Cons: Can’t think of any! I had seen the Mayweather studio open and wanted to try it out but was hesitant as I’ve been to a boxing gym before where it was intimidating and not so friendly; so when my friend said she had signed up I went with her to try it out and was so happy that I did! This studio is boxing + fitness and everybody has smiles when you walk through the door, greeting you and it sets the tone for a great workout! Super friendly staff, Andrea had signed me up and was very patient and supportive with all my random questions. I’m always looking forward to seeing her when I get there! Depending on what day/time you’ll probably see Coach Ian aka the Bearded Barbarian or Victor. They both will ensure you have a great workout, keep you motivated, help you with your form and there to help every step of the way. What’s great is you can go at your own pace, everybody from the Mayweather staff to other members are very friendly and supportive. Since going I’ve felt so much more energy and actually enjoy sweating and getting a good work out and haven’t felt like I’m forcing myself to go. If you’re thinking about it, just go for it! They have the first class free so that’s a great way to check it out for yourself! Unleash your inner champ!”

“Dr.Janda is a miracle worker! I struggled with stomach problem for over a decade and with one visit he cured me! Im not sure what he did exactly but I was able to use restroom without any pain when many doctors said there just was no cure. 3 years later when the problem came back i went back to dr.Janda and he worked his magic again. I made sure to see him just before i moved overseas.. ive been trying to find a doctor that has the same techinique+machine here but to no avail.I really hope hes still there providing his wonderful service when i visit the u.s again. “The house was as advertised and perfect for our needs on our three-generation family trip. We loved eating meals on the patio. When there was a minor issue with the refrigerator, the management was responsive and helpful. The location is SO convenient; it was amazing. The parking in the garage and the laundry area is a tight squeeze if you have a large vehicle, but it's worth it for the off-street parking and access to laundry. Overall, we loved our stay there.”
