“Ruby's Diner is located at the end of the Balboa Pier. On the day we were at Ruby's Diner the weather was clear and calm. The view was beautiful. We had a panoramic view of the coast including Catalina Island. There were a lot of fishermen fishing off the pier. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast along with top notch customer service. We will be coming back on our next visit.”
