Dr. Iversen was very knowledgeable and great bedside manner with my daughter who was a new patience and new to being adjusted.

I’m sure the doctor here is fantastic because I heard so many wonderful reviews but I called prior and asked the lady at the front desk if my insurance was covered and she said she would check and we booked the appointment, unfortunately she had me drive all the way down and show up for my appointment to tell me that my insurance doesn’t cover it ! Like please miss do your job and call me and tell me my insurance doesn’t cover it instead of wasting my time and money by coming down, then they wanted to charge a $105 dollars for the appointment.. I could go to the joint chiropractor for $40. The whole point of me coming here was to get it covered by my insurance with a small deductible, why would you not call your patient and inform them in the beginning that there insurance doesn’t cover it. Plus my back is just killing me right now so driving is a hassle.

I was able to come on on the same day I called. Everyone was kind and professional. I left the office feeling better than when I walked in. I'll need a few more appointments to feel 100%. I definitely recommend this office.
