Graceland Hospice Care

I had Graceland hospice for only one week… They were so helpful and were really organized. It was such a relief to have the social worker come and help me get all of his cremation and everything set up. I highly recommend Graceland hospice and will refer it to other people.

Our family had an excellent experience with Graceland during the recent transition of my father. They were amazingly attentive with communications, and all caregivers, treatments, medication, equipment, were attended to in a timely manner. Dr. Taheri was extraordinary in his responses to quick downturns, making my job as main caregiver easier. We are so grateful, and would recommend them highly.

Hospice agencies are all the same. They want Medicare patients and they want money. This review is based on the excellent staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who cared for my mom and us for the 27 days she was on hospice. We were so fortunate to have the team we did. They went above and beyond in her final days. The genuine compassion and care shown made such a tough time a bit more bearable. OUTSTANDING care from Maria (bathing), she was my mom's absolute favorite and the way she was with her was just incredible. Juan (nurse) who was the most gentle giant with a heart as big as he is tall. Elaine or Eileen (so sorry I am not sure) (RN) was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was going on physically and was a straight shooter, no nonsense. Last but certainly not least was an actual angel. Jordan (I'm so sorry I think I called you Jared as you were leaving) you really prepared me for those last hours in the best way. I appreciate the time that you took to sit with us and answer all of my incessant questions. Your patience and compassion touched me and I will be eternally grateful. Thank you.

This agency has tip-top staff. They don't rush, they don't make you feel like a burden. Definitely consider Graceland if you find yourself in the awful position of choosing a hospice agency.

I have only had experience with 2 hospice services and this company is the one I would call if similar services were need again. Small enough to keep entire team in the loop but large enough to have someone at your house quickly when needed. And on-call nurses are as kind and caring as assigned nurses. All have easy access to medical records and current meds. Everyone from the Dr to the bath aide were the best!!! Thank you Graceland!
