Kyra was the absolute sweetest, super attentive, and just super welcoming . She made me feel extremely comfortable before and during my service. She made sure to explain every single thing she was doing during the service in order to ensure I was not surprised with anything! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience! I am already looking forward to my next appointment!
Gigi was an absolute pleasure to meet! She was super informed about everything. While waiting for my appointment, she checked me in and started explaining the different services they provide and her experiences which helped calm my nerves due to it being my first time! The dollhouse itself is the absolute cutest, very clean and was just an awesome, welcoming environment! I have already started recommending friends to come here for any of their waxing needs!

First to note I have been waxed by almost all of the amazing waxing specialist here and I always get the 100% each time by everyone of them! today I had such an amazing waxing experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the way things went. I was prepared for a higher pain rate due to my pregnancy making my body more sensitive but my waxing specialist Delaney, was very considerate of my comfort and was careful to inquire as to how I was feeling. She also quickly realized that I was comfortable, and kept moving at a careful steady paste while she continued conversation. The best part of this experience was the result which left my skin feeling smoother than I had ever experienced with shaving. Thanks for providing me with superior service.

I have been coming here for a several months now, and I absolutely love it here! They always make me feel so welcomed especially Gigi! Olivia has been my water since I started coming here and she does an amazing job on my eyebrows. She makes sure I walk out of their feeling and looking my best! Such an amazing place to go if you are new to waxing!

I absolutely LOVE The Dollhaus! I’ve gone to different places but nothing compares to the warm welcoming environment that The Dollhaus always has. Gigi is always such a pleasure to be greeted by and she’s the sweetest! Kyra is the absolute best! She makes me feel so comfortable at all of our appointments and she’s definitely my go to person to get waxed by from now on. Not only do they have amazingly talented waxer’s but also amazing makeup artists! The first time I ever got my makeup done was here and it was the most amazing experience! All the gals were so positive, energetic, and super welcoming. Definitely a great experience to hype you up and just a great positive uplifting atmosphere with the best vibes. All the staff are so kind, genuine, always smiling and you can tell they all have care and love for what they do.

Dollhaus is absolutely deserves 10 stars instead of 5. I’ve usually just gotten my eye brows waxed every once in awhile but I never would have considered it a “fun” experience. Dollhaus is a uniquely fun experience from the minute you walk in the door. From the awesome staff, to the cool retro decor, to the high quality products, coming here is an experience. Even the music is fun! It’s also a very comfortable place if you’ve never been waxed before and have a lot of questions. Waxing has become routine for me thanks to Dollhaus. Highly recommend!
