The Lab Fitness Studio

The equipment used in this gym was properly sanitized and clean for the courtesy of the next users. The staff will remind you of the dos and don'ts in using the tools. Every corner had a poster for the correct usage of all the things inside the gym.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and wonderful people to be around. I've never been to a gym with a better vibe like this. They are really amazing!

To say The Lab changed my life is an understatement. I've spent years trying to motivate myself to go to the gym, yet I always lose the drive and desire after a couple weeks (or less). The Lab changed everything I thought I knew about a gym.

The size is perfect and the equipment is everything you need, but the culture and environment is what keeps me coming and thinking about the gym all day long. From the first day I walked in the door I felt welcome, safe, and wasn't intimidated by the trainers or the other members. I was new to the area, and everyone just felt like a friend. I was shocked I didn't have to wait 15 minutes for someone to finish using a machine, and I could actually plan out a workout and execute it. I never once felt like Filipe or Dylan were trying to "sell" me on classes, training, or anything else to make more money (which they easily could have). They genuinely just want to create a positive community to help you grow and enjoy the process. That environment and positive community impacted my mental health just as much as my physical health, and for that I will be forever grateful.
