  First time here, it was a very very thorough exam, much better than my last optometrist he spent a good 45 minutes testing my eyes and explaining. Next was the frame choices they had tons that where covered by my insurance, I ended up with black and gold ray-bans, they then fitted my face and took measurements to make sure my new glasses would fit properly. Also every frame that was touched or tried on was properly sanitized infront of me, a big plus In covid days. Overall 5 out of 5, don't believe me come check them out yourself. Thanks guys

  I was a first time patient pre covid 19 and had the best experience. I was having issues with my insurance and Dr. Jennie was so patient and understanding and kept checking in with me for updates. My glasses were ready after all the closures but Dr. Jennie called to let me know the best time and day for curbside pick up. I never felt rushed or like I was being treated like another sale. I have recently had to go get my glasses adjusted and was able to get in same day and I was remembered and again felt like home. I will definitely be a lifetime patient. Dr. Randy also was very patient with me during my eye exam and answered all my questions without feeling like I was being rushed. Staff are nice and friendly and always with a smile. Thank you so much for your service.

  Yesterday was my first visit at Aloha Family Optometry and I am very pleased! From the moment I called to check in, the entire team walked me through every step and was so attentive during my appointment. I’ve had glasses since 2006 and there were vision tests done yesterday by Dr. Randy that were completely new to me. Definitely reassured me to know that they really care about their patients vision and health of their eyes. Who knew your eyes should be tested for their alignment? Not me! Dr. Jennie was so patient and helpful with me choosing my new pair of glasses (they have a wide assortment of frames too!) and I really liked that she broke down the cost of the different frames so that helped me decide.
  
  They are going above and beyond to ensure you are safe during this current pandemic, I had no concerns or doubts about the cleanliness of anything in the office. I’m excited to get my new glasses in a few weeks.

  Aloha Family Optometry's quality and service are impeccable. Dr. Randy's examination is thorough and he takes the time to go over everything with me and makes sure I understand it. His support staff are friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to explain the products to help me make an informed decision.
