THE HOLY GRAIL OF RECOVERY!
My muscle recovery sessions with Steven Fagundes are amazing. I train 4-5x times a week in the gym so these sessions are a must! I have always had lower back pain and after Steven introduced me to cupping - the pain has vanished. Not to mention the compression suit at the end which lets you truly relax. Each session completely resets my body so I'm ready to get back into the gym and kill it. THANK YOU THANK YOU, Steven!

Dr. Mike and all the staff are the absolute best. They are highly knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I'm a squash player, and I've had my share of twisted ankles and hamstring issues. These guys have fixed me up quickly multiple times and kept me going. A++

What they are doing works. I've been to all kinds of chiro, physical therapy, massage, physiotherapist, acupuncture l, you name it, I've tried it. Within the first visit, they analyzed where my leg dysfunction was coming from. Within 3 sessions I can completely feel how the therapy and correction to my feel has changed my back pain, tightness in hips and legs. I can not say enough good things about this place. They know how to treat athletes of all types and more.

Dr. Will and the rest of the staff are great. I had a nagging Back Spasm/ pain and it wouldn’t go away for 5 months. I tried yoga, the foam roller, the jacuzzi, stretching, and it helped but the spasm and pain would return soon enough.

So I decided to drive down to AMP and after one session my back has been feeling strong and healthy for at least 4 weeks now. The physical assessment, percussive therapy, ice pack, hot packs and various approaches to the problem work. I will continue to go back for care and maintenance. 😄
