(January 22, 2019, 6:06 pm)This is cool beach. We were having fun there camping. I always wonder how is that to live near the ocean. It is very pleasant, do you guys agree? I enjoyed the amazing views and the time I spent - really fascinating place.

(November 26, 2018, 6:45 pm)The Beach view all around was amazing. The Sunset is a must see for Couples, best with some slightly off shore clouds. There were quite a number of People in the water and on the Beach but it was not overly crowded. Nice and cleaned up. Fire pits, Vollyball nets, Palm covered umbrellas, Dog friendly, walking paths alongside the train tracks, Barbecues, Restroom was clean and everything worked. The best for last was the San Clemente Pier. Fishing does take place and You wouldn't believe how friendly People can be....... they don't go fishing for nothing ;) A nice Seafood Dinner at the beginning of the Pier over looking the Ocean flying Our Colors and The Marine Corps Flag topped it off. Awesome location all the way around.

(November 2, 2018, 4:20 pm)Its in a beautiful location, with full hookups for our RV. Far enough away from the freeway that its not noisy and also up the hill from the train so there isnt train noise, like most State beaches. Its a bit of a hike down to the beach, which is the one con, but still a gorgeous view of the water from many sites. Really cool dirt bike trails next to the campsites. Close enough to the pier that you can walk along the rail trail to it.
