(November 6, 2020, 4:19 pm)Called for covid test, put on hold, phone call dropped. So I went in, walk ins accepted. There was some kind of issue with other client while I was getting checked in. it was handled professionally. I was told covid tests require an appointment, I accept one for the next day. But my left ear is killing me, sharp stabbing pain in my left ear that went down the side of my neck, hurt when I swallowed. i sat and waited as a walkin. Was seen between appointments. And prescribed antibiotics. Leaving with treatment for my ear pain and a covid test appointment. Thank you!
