(January 28, 2019, 7:09 am)I had a brilliant experience. Ordered products to the Netherlands, and due to the incompetence of the local post service, the parcel was rejected and sent back to the US.
The customer service people I dealt with at Edens Garden were polite, helpful, quick to respond, and got my parcel sent back to me quickly & at no extra cost. Even better.....I'm loving the oils too. Thanks! -

I had an issue with shipping and I never received my package and so I reached out to them to let them know and they were kind enough to resend my package, which they really didn't have to. They were very professional and they responded to my concern in a timely manner.
I am definitely going to recommend them to everyone I know! -

Also I emailed them about info on their fragrances and got a response that same day. I dont know why all the bad reviews about heir customer service. I think they were great and responded fast.

Eden's Garden is on the West Coast and I live on the East Coast. They not only have top quality, pure oils, but they get your order to you VERY fast. I highly recommend them! :)
