Jim was wonderful with my termite inspection. He was able to come on the same day and very punctual. His prices are very good. I will continue to refer clients to him for their extermination and inspection needs.
If you need an exterminating company that is professional; family owned; effective; "safe" and that will go above their call-of-duty...this is the right company to hire. They just performed a job where I live (in San Clemente). The owner, Jim Seabern, and his crew were very professional and made the entire experience flawless plus safe at all times. In addition, Jim went out of his way to provide a true service... and placed our trash-cans out for us since trash-day was during our absence.
Probably the only ones regretting his service are the dead pest :)

Jim is the most honest guy I have met in the business. I have used them twice now and both times have been a great experience overall. He gave me the honest truth about my termite infested patio cover and recommended I got with Vinyl replacement which was the exact right choice even though he didn't benefit from it. He's not going to recommend a service you don't need just to meet a quota. Both times I've dealt with them, they were on time, prepared, and really well mannered. A+++
