Very nice owner and accommodating. I stay here every chance I get. Great location and tons of great amenities to relax and kick back.

Beds comfortable and very clean, no pet odor, simple and sufficient accommodations within walk/drive of quaint, clean, hip little beach town. Small, uncovered parking lot along front of perfect vintage, meticulously maintained motel on street, adorned with potted plants. Quiet hours were maintained by all quests. Organized and gracious on sight and phone staff. This is a San Clemente gem at a reasonable price.

You can't believe how great this little spot. The owner is super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area also has a fire pit which is fun. Pretty easy walk to the beach, too.

Very, very clean. Suite was roomy, well stocked and very comfortable with outdoor patio. Shower had great water pressure. Staff super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to grocery store. Our new favorite get away!

Stayed here for a mini vacation with our 2 small kids. It's a great location with more than a few places within walking distance. The room was really cute and clean and had a very roomy bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only real complaint would be that the beds are a little hard for my personal liking.
