Aaron and his staff were amazing.! Handling the moment of the loss of my popo (grandpa) and my mother around the same time was very hard for me and my grandma, but with their help they made the process better. Beautiful environmental lobby, we were greeted right away and didn't wait to long to be seated in a nice and quiet room with complimentary snacks and water. Aaron made sure we understood the process and the staff and him were very patient with us. Even after we were done with their business they checked on my family.
