SoCal Tankless Water Heaters

Mike is GREAT! I called at 10:30 am, he showed up at 11:05 am the same day. I called because I had another company at my house at the time and their quote seemed high to me, but I had no frame of reference. I called and talked to Mike. After our conversation, I sent the first guy on his way. Mike showed up about half an hour later. He did great work, made suggestions for future improvements, but didn't up-sell me at all. He replaced my unit, cleaned up the work area, and left, all within 2 hours. The final bill was the same as his estimated quote. He was professional, efficient, friendly, and informative. All in all, it was an excellent experience. Give them a call. You'll be glad you did.

We experienced an issue with our Norwitz tankless water heater. The scheduling staff routed Eric (or installer technician) at the earliest possible moment. Eric arrived at the scheduled time, replaced the faulty value, double checked the system for other potential faults, and left us with a fully functional water heater in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to SoCal Tankless, and "Thank You!" to Eric... you guys are professionals we are happy to do business with!
