Absolutely stand up folks here. They worked with every scenario I threw at them and were patient with me even though they were ready to head home for the day. They made my new 2021 Venza purchase a great experience. They even took the time at closing to show me all the lovely features. One of the best teams I have had the pleasure of working with in the car industry in buying my third car / dog mobile. I will absolutely refer people here if they want a friendly and caring no pressure sales experience. It was my first time trading in a car. Also an amazing thing that they take the time to value your car properly.

First go online and ask for a pricing brochure, then come in and talk with my man Carlos. He is seriously the best salesperson you could get. He is not pushy, thorough, down to earth and real with everything he’ll present you with. Not to mention he makes you feel at ease and comfortable while your working through it all. Excellent service by my service writer, Jose Rizo. He and his team took great care of me and my car. They were professional, courteous, quick but thorough, and made sure my car was serviced properly. I highly recommend this service writer. I am a long-standing customer of the original dealership, with very high standards, and expect a higher level of customer service. When my old service writer, Justin, left I was heartbroken. When the dealership sold, I was heartbroken again. Based on the service I received at the new dealership and from my new service writer, I know that I am (still) in good hands. He not only met my expectations, he and his team exceeded them. Well done!

This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had!!! My salesman, Fred, did everything in his power to get the deal that I wanted and he made it happen! He was extremely kind, listened to me, and made my wife and I very comfortable while we had to wait for normal car buying stuff!!! He is truly a great asset to this dealership!!! When we got to finance, always the most dreaded part of the deal, Robert made what always feels like an all day process feel like a half an hour. I’m not sure it was actually much longer than that. He was very good at explaining all of the details of the deal, didn’t give you an attitude if you had questions, and above all, he had a great sense of humor!!! I live in Burbank, but if I ever need another vehicle, I will gladly make the long drive again to purchase it from this dealership!!!!
