“this place is amazing! I have never done a sensory deprivation pod and was a bit nervous about it because I'm claustrophobic... The guy that worked at the reception desk was super friendly and helpful. You showed me where my room would be and explained in very simple terms the steps of what to do. Each room has its own shower and all the amenities for washing hair and body. There are wax ear plugs to put on before showering and to wear during the sensory deprivation session. The Pod is easily opened or closed with no latch locking it and there is the option of different Tracks Of Music to choose from as well as a light that changes color and can stay on a specific color if desired by the simple push of a button inside the pod. I ended up having the Pod close the entire time with absolutely no issues whatsoever with feeling claustrophobic. There is a surprising larger amount of space than I thought there would be. After moving around and kind of playing with the water and how buoyant I felt I drifted off to sleep. I was in and out of sleep throughout the session. It was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had! There is an area afterwards with a sink and different amenities for styling hair and there is even a blow dryer so you can get ready for your day after your session. I would definitely do this again and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to just relax and escape from the stress of the day in and day out routine!”
