  The new management team is amazing and it's sad to read these reviews saying otherwise about the old team. The ladies in the office seriously care and will be honest and upfront that there is no parking available when you go into rent. It seems like the old team didn't do that, and I'm sure that's frustrating but don't take it out on whose there. Go talk to Brooke. She's honestly so amazing and cares about each of the seniors here. My parents are happy and so am I.

  It's Santa ana so the locals are less desirable as a whole, but individually, as long as they aren't 5150 or selectively angry that day, well then they are great. The building is beautiful, the apartments I've seen(one) is surprisingly large. Large closet, large bathroom and family/dining /kitchen/entryway is Big too. Cupboards whatnot are not super high-end, and are not completely accessible to people in wheelchairs, but place is clean as a whole. If lived here I would feel lucky. I don't live there I just take care of somebody that lives there the place is great

  I am only giving this place 5 stars because of one of their employee's. There is nothing good to say otherwise. My mom has lived here for a year now.
  Isidro Gutierrez is an employee with a strong work ethic and everyone at the complex has had wonderful experiences with him. He is attentive, effective and always ready to help. His continued smile and heart for others knows no bounds. If you happen to move here you will be lucky to experience meeting Isidro and he will make your day!

  Lupe Ruiz is such a sweetheart. It’s such a peace of mind to move our elderly into a place where the manager enjoys her job and is so attentive. Lupe went sooooo out of her way to meet me on Saturday so I can submit my applications. God bless her and her family for all she does. I witnessed her treat the residents so kindly and I’ve not seen that in other senior buildings.
