  Thank you SCP. I finally feel at home!! I’ve had years of feeling like the places I’d go to have prosthetics made didn’t care about me or didn’t hear me. Rick is so passionate about what he does and all the staff truly care about their clients. I love my new prosthetic leg!! They have a couple office dogs that are very sweet and makes the visit fun. Also a ping pong table and treadmill, stair master and heavy bag so you can even work out and have fun during your visits!! What a breath of fresh air!!

  I have been visiting SCP for a few years now. I can honestly say that SCP has changed my life in terms of their willingness to listen help and support me in what is already a difficult topic for most people to discuss. Being an amputee puts up a lot of barriers for understanding and compassion from the community at large at SCP they break through those barriers and talk to you like you matter, like your concerns and questions matter. I can safely say that at SCP I’m heard and included in the whole process and their staff is kind and always asks how things are going in my own life. I recommend them to everyone I meet who might need the right people to help and at SCP I’ve found the right people for sure!

  SCP to the rescue!!
  Teresa and David saved me while I was out of town on vacation!!!
  I called them just before 5 pm on a Wednesday night with a knee that was malfunctioning while I was on vacation. By 9 am Thursday morning, Teresa and David had me up and walking in a loaner knee, and sent me on my way to enjoy the rest of my time.
  Keep in mind I had never met anybody there before, I was a complete stranger, yet they welcomed me in like family. They showed genuine compassion and concern for me and my situation. They were in no way obligated to help me, yet they did, did it quickly and with a smile!!
  I lucked out and found the best providers in Orange County I am sure!
  They would ABSOLUTLY be my
  First choice if I lived in the area!!!

  This is the best prosthetics shop in Southern California and better than the ones in the SF bay area when I lived there. The most important thing is the fit and it is art and science. A CAD/CAM approach does not work. Our bodies are unique, and our flesh changes all the time. You want true crafts people who can feel and sense. This group knows that and has it down pat. I have been a BK amputee for almost 30 years and have had a number of legs. SCP is the best.
  We drive up from San Diego to come here. If I had to I would travel cross country. We have to live with legs for years. It is worth hours or even days of travel to get a good one.

  Let me say hats off to Rick, Theresa, and to the rest of the team. What a wonderful group of people you are. My experience at SCP was exceptional the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient to say the least. SCP has not only given me a new leg but also the confidence I needed.
  I looked forward the the visits, which gave me the opportunity to meet other amputees, to hear their stories, and to share their experiences.
  My dream has always been the ability to wear flip-flops. Now I can thank the folks at SCP.
  
  I will definitely recommend them.
