  We retained Wail Sarieh to help us out with what had been a contentious, incredibly confusing, and emotionally draining two-year long divorce process for my elderly father. Our situation was unique in that our father and his wife both suffered from dementia and were not active participants in the process. We had been working with another attorney for almost two years but there had not been any movement in our father’s case for a long period of time. Negotiations had stalled because there was a lack of communication from the other side, and both sides were struggling to divide properties and assets accumulated during and before their marriage. We needed to find an attorney that could pick up the pieces and get the ball moving in this divorce case so our father could enjoy his remaining years. We found that and more in Wail and his staff.
  
  Wail was invaluable in helping us get to a very fair settlement in very little time. Wail is incredibly intelligent, professional, driven, and tough when the situation calls for it. He is well-versed in the law and familiar with the judges, attorneys, and courts in the Southern CA area. You cannot help but think you are in good hands with Wail as he exudes confidence, and this allowed us to relax a little for the first time in months.
  
  During our first meeting with Wail, he was able to tell us things about our case and showed us invaluable documents that our other attorney had not presented in the two previous years. I wish we would have started working with Wail from day one as we would have saved a lot of time, money, and frustration. Also, I do not think you could find a better advocate for your cause then Wail. He is truly that good.

  Choosing to hire attorney Wail Sarieh was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made. Prior to hiring him, I was in court for almost two years and had been denied multiple times the right to terminate my ex mother in laws visition with my children. Even with my children therapist testafing on how awful my ex mother in law treated my children the judge was not using the law to rule but his own personal opinion. He immediately went to work and strategized a plan that would put my case back on the right track. Wail dug deep and review every court hearing I had with my previous attorney who was ineffective and inexperienced in family law, Wail was able to pin pointing every mistake the courts had made by violating my constitution right as a parent. Wail put pressure on the court to terminate the court order right away and the judge apologized to us for overlooking the therapists testemony and violating my rights. Wail was the person I had been searching for after previous attorney turn my case down, Wail represent me and my family during this extremely stressful time. I highly recommend him!!!

  Wail is an excellent family law attorney. He is very well-versed in the law and is great in the courtroom.   I wasted money on a "regular" attorney before I found Wail. I was out of the country and didn't know who to hire and having a trustworthy and dependable attorney is vital. You must be looking for the right attorney reading this so bottom line, do yourself a favor and retain Wail.
  I was half way around the world, just wasted thousands on one attorney and (now) no attorney.
  I knew this was going to be a difficult divorce, we had a lot of assets. I could not easily interview prospective attorneys from my remote location and it was a horrible feeling. THEN... a friend of a friend told me about Wail. We talked on phone and I retained him but really didn't have any confidence in him. I had to have someone and I figured, "Here we go again". Was I ever wrong about that. After giving him some brief facts he got back to me immediately! He had done some research on our properties and had several good suggestions. He emailed me, called me and immediately answered questions sometimes within hours...or minutes!
  I returned to the U.S., met Wail and I knew I had the right attorney. As the very difficult case went forward, he and his outstanding staff took care of me. They called, emailed, did things we needed and informed me in a timely manner about every detail of the case. This was such a stress reliever. He and his staff were always on top of every event and there were many! On one occasion of importance, Wail and staff member Gabriela were calling me driving home after hours and emailing me from their homes until after 9 pm.
  There were so many incidents and important matters that came up in this long and difficult case but...I had Wail! He really understood my stress and was the calm in the storm.
  My divorce was granted, property settlement done and even though it was a horrible event in my life, I can't imagine what it would have been like without this intelligent, informed, educated and skilled attorney.
  I am back in my little paradise (secrete!) now but I return on occasion and Wail and his wonderful staff will be on my list of friends to visit. It was really that good.

  The team at Sarieh Law Offices is extremely strong. They are a common sense firm that truly looks out for their clients best interests. My experience has been that they set realistic expectations for their clients. By combining a deep understanding of the law along with a more practical/pragmatic approach, they seem to be able to resolve tricky situations without having the process draw out for months and months. I would highly recommend Wail Sarieh and his team. They are great!
