  I had the pleasure of meeting Luis at a Santa Ana Chamber event where he shared his services through Compass Training. I was impressed and scheduled a visit with him to learn how he could help me grow and personally develop the management within my company. I have considered a few leadership and self development programs for my company and found exactly what I was looking for through Compass. I found great value in Luis experience and credentials. His custom built curriculum is engaging and very effective, based on the testimonials and results he shared with me. The flexibility of his training program would work perfect with my team schedule. I look forward to Luis's support and coaching to groom my team to be effective and happy leaders.   I completed the Voyage and Windward programs at Compass Trainings, and am currently going through the Legacy program. So far my experience has given me a new perspective on how I see myself, and how I perceive the world. I’m starting to see all that is available for me, as I apply the lessons and tools the trainings have provided to move my life forward. The Compass community is filled with genuine, loving, and honest leaders, who want to make a positive impact within society. I’m grateful to be part of this community. I stand by Luis’ vision of changing lives to benefit families, by giving children the opportunity to grow up in happy homes with loving parents. I highly recommend Compass to anyone who wants to take committed action to find purpose in their life, and to those who want to give back to their communities.

  Going to this program was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Through my journey I’ve achieved things I could never dream of. Its the biggest gift you can give yourself and your loved ones.

  Compass Trainings is a transformation life training event. The program is designed as a reflection of your life and bring forward the strength within you. Everyone struggle in this world, what Compass Trainings really helps with is to understand and move forward. You might be able to do this yourself but going to the training save so much time and it bring you into a community of life long friends. find it interesting that I still remember training philosophy from years ago happening in my daily life. Highly recommend going to the event.

  I don't have the words to describe my journey with this course but it changed my life! I'm almost 40 years old so this program is for all ages. There's a lot we don't know about our daily habits and thoughts. (NEGATIVE/POSITIVE)***********
  This program places a mirror where we can view what works for us and what does not. I would say only if you live a perfect life, you should opt-out. It's an opportunity a blessing to be asked to take this course! If you're on the fence, do the right choice and do it! You'll never regret it! It only betters your situation!..????... I'm so grateful for Compass Trainings..
