(November 14, 2018, 6:35 pm)We had an emergency toilet overflowing in the middle of the night, on a Sunday night before work and school of all nights. Thankfully Moonie was very professional and showed concern over our situation, we will use Tropical Heating and Air from now on. Next week we have him coming back to inspect our water heater since it’s 10 years old and our furnace before we start using it for the cold season.

(July 28, 2017, 5:55 pm)A few weeks ago, my A/C in my house stopped working... I called muliple companies to come out and take a look. One of them was Tropical Heating & Air... out of the 4 companies to come out and give me a quote Tropical was the only one with a reasonable price. Not only was he on time, but they also sent out the owner to take a look. Moonie was very nice and well mannered, and helped me get my problem solved very quickly. I would reccomend Tropical Heating & Air to anyone and everyone!! They are the best of the best and had the best customer service you could ever imagine!!! Thank you so much Moonie :)

(September 20, 2016, 4:40 am)Most AC service I had encountered would always try sell this or that but Tropical Heating and Air Conditioning never gave me that experience. Their technician cam and fix my AC… nothing more. He did such a good job. He even showed me how he fixed the problem and helped me understand how it happened. Aside from the repairs, the company itself was very excellent because they were able to provide a quick response. Thanks. You got my strong recommendation.
