Best Performance Tire & Service

Was picking up my car ready to leave when I see another customer pull up quickly to run into the shop. I had noticed the manager had just left for the day. He noticed the customer got out off of his car and welcomed him into the shop. Way too go Best Performance Tire and Service. That’s the what true customer service looks like.

Great overall experience. They were done within the time frame they gave me for the oil change and were professional and friendly. The one issue I had was the mechanic couldn’t reset the maintenance required light which was annoying. So I had to look it up on YouTube and reset it myself.

Great service, really made me feel like I could trust what they were saying. I didn't feel like they saw a woman coming a mile away. I needed a lot of work, I have a much older car and I already new it was time for a new one. Not only, did they keep my car on the road until I could get another. They went above and beyond to keep me feeling save in my car until I could trade it in. Best Performance tires and service the level of customer service you have provided me had made a customer for life. Always love service with a smile. Your staff is amazing!!!

7 years ago I had noise issue with my car, went to a well known service center that i had used before. They told me my tires were no good even though I bought them from this company. Said i needed new tires and the ones I had were not under warranty. I was very annoyed so I took the car to another place and met the manager, Doug. Told him about the road noise, he said lets see, got in the car started driving from their parking lot. We did not even get to the street and he told me it was my wheel bearings. He replaced them and the noise was gone and I did not need new tires. THAT is a man with real experience, not some pencil pusher who only follows what he is told.
Since that time Doug has always done me right, never taking any advantage even when my wife went in with her car for a full synthetic oil change that she did not need per mileage and he told her that.

On my repairs yesterday, November 16 2021 while I was waiting I saw numerous people pull up, low air tires, mechanic fills them up, the owners offer to pay, but are told no.
I drive along way to have my car repaired by Doug mainly because of trust.
I would love to give them 50 stars to wipe all the mealy mouthed negative comments. I forgot to mention that Josh is also excellent.
