I recently got my vehicle vandalized and they shattered my windshield. I first went through insurance and they sent me to safelite. First, they book me for a week out. Second, safelite cancels my reservation because they hadn't received the window. Two weeks later after my scheduled appt they tell me there is more damage to the lane departure camera. At this point it's been 3 weeks without my vehicle and safelite is now saying they cannot fix my window because my camera is damaged. They are a bunch of scammers.

I spoke to my boss because I am unable to commute to work due to not having my vehicle. He then tells me about Specialist auto glass and how they do a great job. The next day, I call and speak to John and tell him my situation. He tells me to bring it in and more than likely the window does not need to be recalibrated, "other shops tell you this to rip you off." I trusted John and my gut and had my car towed in. Within 2 hrs the window is done and does not need to be recalibrated. I was so impressed with how fast the job was done and by the genuineness of the owner John. He was so transparent from the beginning. No hidden charges or surprises. The price was cheaper than my insurance co-pay. I was really relieved and happy to have found Specialist Auto Glass. Too many good things to say about this place, buy to keep it short, this place has one of the best service I have ever seen, everyone is super nice and such a pleasure to talk to and I enjoyed having their service. They did an excellent job on the replacement of my 3 broken windows and were super happy to help. The price is very reasonable and the service was outstanding so nothing more to say except.
