We were seeking a home in HB and had been referred to another realtor. He didn't listen at all and we were disappointed. Since we were in town for the day, we went to an open house and met Patti. She instantly "got us" and our needs. She patiently and professionally sought out the perfect place for our vacation home for my wife and I, as well as our family. We weren't easy and the list of boxes that needed to be checked, was long. She found us the perfect home!
But then, things got ugly. The sellers realtor was inexperienced, and the sellers, after agreeing to a number of things, in exchange for rent back, reneged and they turned into squatters!
Patti is a calm and caring person, but she toughened up and met these challenges head on! She confronted both the realtor and the sellers on our behalf and resolved all the problems. This was AFTER escrow closed. She didn't need to do this, but she did, and we are forever grateful. We've referred her to everyone we know seeking a home in OC and in fact, she and my wife have become friends.
I cannot recommend someone in the HB area more highly than Patti.
