The rubber tip on my cane needed to be replaced, & this is my "go to" place for it. They were out of rubber tips for my cane (due to Covid), but the owner find a tip & replaced the rubber tip at no charge!! This place is GREAT!!!

I am newly diagnosed with a neuromuscular disorder, so having to purchase a mobility chair was not an easy thing. They were very patient with me. No hard sell. They even attempted to help me come up with less expensive mobility options. They got a model of the chair i was interested in purchasing so i could try it out and be fitted. The seat was very important. I bought the Jazzy Air. I know i will be back to buy all of the devices I will be needing. So far i can unreservedly recommend this company to you.
Now i have not actually received my chair yet. I will write another review when I have. I expect that they will stand behind what they sell and fix any problems i may encounter.

Ricky is super helpful and the nicest person ever. I will only buy from Alpine and Ricky. Their prices are always competitive and on top of that, their customer services is bar-none the best.

Our experience with John has been friendly and positive. He explained the equipment I was renting and he let me try the equipment out in the store before I rented it. The rental process was quick and easy. We were in and out in no time at all. So far it's been a positive experience.
