“The owner/manager is very personable. He knows many of his clients by name. We got there around 10:30 am on a Friday for a breakfast sandwich. There was only one employee at front counter making sandwiches and a line was forming. In popped the manager, he went right to work and made our sandwiches. He was energetic and fun to talk to. Then two more employees came in, and the waiting line quickly disappeared.”
