  Sean has been my PC guy for 10 years now before he was Dr. Tech. He built this computer for me back in 2008 and it lasted me with no problems till 2015 until I decided to upgrade the parts inside. He helped me pick and choose parts that weren't too expensive yet powerful enough to handle my gaming intensive needs. He also setup my Apple Extreme Air Port's WiFi in my house which resulted in much faster and larger radius wireless internet through out my home. Dr. Tech has done maintenance on my computer and MacBook for anti-virus and performance to keep my work stations running smoothly. I firmly believe there is not an issue he can't fix, I highly recommend him.

  Dr Tech is so outstanding in every respect that he should be considered the gold standard for computer techs. I'm a phd and a retired veteran, he comes to my home to help me with my email and back ups on my PC. His prices are reasonable and he provides service that is very personal in nature. Any tech issue you have, he is there to take care of you with the best customer service.

  Sean was hired under extraordinary circumstances to create a machine capable of destroying any video game mankind has created. In 4k Resolution. That's right. He's that good. He not only did it quick (3 hour build time was absolutely ridiculously insane, with full debugging of the new computer build after parts were assembled).
  
  Sean has extremely reasonable prices, for what he does, and for the skill level it requires; a regular consumer could potentially seriously damage expensive equipment if he doesn't know what he's doing with such means as accidental static shock.
  
  Furthermore, being hired so impromptu, with no advance notice, Sean cleared his schedule of activities on a Saturday and made time to drive out to me to assemble my new build. It's this kind of customer service that is impossible to find in today's market.
  
  I'm leaving pics of the completed computer build for you to see for yourself.
  What's inside is what counts, and being as expensive as it is (a single item damaged could have a potential $1000 penalty), I could only hire the best for this.
  
  Sean has also been available on hand and call for me, incase any debugging issues should arise, or if i should need any type of network/hardware engineering help.
  The speed of his response time and his accurate consistency in scheduling and timing is impeccable.
  
  Thanks again for creating a wonderful experience for me and giving me a computer I'll enjoy, with no need for hardware replacement at all, for a very long time.

  After the Apple Store was unable to recover the photos from my daughter's crashed computer (or even get it to boot-up,) I called Dr Tech PC, on a Saturday afternoon. The owner, Shaun, was at my door, 30 minutes later. He listened carefully while I explained the problems...the computer would not even turn on, let alone boot-up. He trouble shot the computer at my house, then took it back to his office to repair, since the repairs would be difficult and would require additional tools to fix. Shaun checked in with me a few times during the process, to update me on the progress, and to verify how I wanted to proceed. A few days later Shaun brought back the, now working, computer, with a new, larger, working hard drive, and all of my daughter's recovered photos right there on the computer! He also repaired both of my daughter's broken, portable hard drives (and backed-up the recovered photos for her.) His prices were so reasonable that I actually paid him a bit more than he billed me. (It just didn't seem right to pay him that little for all of the work he did.) I can't say enough good things about Shaun! Extremely bright, talented, trustworthy, caring and qualified. This is the person you need to call for all of your computer needs, both personal and business. I am a small business owner, and am thrilled to have found Dr. Tech PC!
