(March 13, 2020, 12:13 pm)From my personal experience I can truly say Sierra Vista feels like home. The complex is small and great for walks as there is plenty of green all around. I enjoy being able to walk over to Citrus Park with my young girls using the gate that leads to a 2 minute walking trail to the park. I have never had any issues and it always feels so safe here. The area where the complex is located is perfect, you are very close to all the shopping and dining at the Marketplace but it is also very private and quiet.
The office team is very friendly and so is the maintenance team, they will always smile and wave as they are driving carts throughout the community. Any time I have had maintenance requests they are very prompt at taking care of it and always very courteous when they come to my home.
The area where the complex is located is perfect, you are very close to all the shopping and dining at the Marketplace but it is also very private and quiet.

(February 24, 2020, 7:41 pm)I visited the community and met Cesar. He was very helpful and within the hour found us just want we were looking for. We also got a chance to meet with Michelle the Community Manager, she is just amazing.
(February 24, 2020, 12:26 pm)I loved my time living at Sierra Vista. It is such a peaceful place! Located right next to the golf course and a lemon grove, with every modern convenience at your fingertips (including Google Fiber) - it doesn't get much better! I loved relaxing at the pool and wouldn't have left if not for family circumstances.
(May 25, 2019, 5:20 pm)Have lived here just shy of 2 years and I love it! My wife and I have the 1 bed w/ den floor plan and it is amazing. The community is extremely clean, safe, and beautiful. Biggest perk? THERE IS ALWAYS PARKING HERE! You will never need to worry about finding a parking space. Maintenance is on top of everything and fixes issues same day. Nothing negative to say.
