Just wanted to stop by and thank the Manager Miriam and PS for making my moms move in to her space super easy! She was confused on how the whole process worked. Miriam’s very inviting and knowledgeable, she explained everything and got us our unit. My mom was happy it wasn’t stressful like she thought it was going to be, will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of storage ! :)

Omg Miriam was so sweet and kind she walks around every morning with a smile on her face and friendly wished us a happy holidays and offered us water that was so nice of her. Thank you for such great customer service.

Miriam was very professional, polite and helpful in renting my space. The neighborhood feels safe and the property is very neat and clean. Overall A+ experience thank you!

Public Storage on Franklin has been a great experience for our family. The location is secure and feels very safe to visit. We closed our unit recently after storing our Mother’s things over multiple years. Our thanks to all the professional employees we’ve encountered. Lastly, thank you to Miriam as she went above and beyond looking out for us on August 31st so we could close out the unit.
