Best rates combined with terrific customer service! I recently refinanced my home loan. When shopping for rates, Home Loan Enterprises stood out from among the hundreds of choices. Their rates were simply the best. However, it wasn't only about getting the best rate. I was very impressed with the service levels. We worked with Jimmy and Kyle. The best rates available, low expenses, and a hassle-free refinance experience closing within 30 days from locking our rate, even including the Thanksgiving holiday. Not the relentless requests for more information dragging the process out that we have experienced during previous mortgage applications with other lenders.
There was a specific item for us that Jimmy clearly explained up front would need to be done on our part in order to enable the loan to close, resulting in a very smooth stress-free closing. Following Jimmy's advice, we chose not to lock our rate until this was taken care of so that we didn't risk the lock expiring. This contrasts with our highly stressful prior experience with a different lender where we suddenly had to take care of items days prior to scheduled closing that almost resulted in us failing to close escrow on a purchase (trustee sale was scheduled for 4 h after we finally closed on a short sale).
The mortgage was transferred to Provident Funding for servicing immediately after the loan closed - so far, have been impressed with them (great website for managing the mortgage, setting up automated payment, uploading documents, etc.).
This group sticks with you and the details to the very end. They work with you and respond quickly. This group want you to close, it is normal to get replies before 8 am and after 8 pm. They want to get you into your new home or a better rate for your current home.
Home Loan Enterprise secured a great rate for our refinance and helped us quickly through the process. We closed within our 30 day lock window, when some of our friends have waited months for their loans to come through. Jimmy, our loan, officer was responsive to our questions and easy to work with.

However, Home Loan Enterprise turned out to have better rates and fees than the above-mentioned. I also checked the online reviews of all the companies previous to telling my parents about my find. It turned out that most reviews about Home Loan Enterprise were positive and anything that was negative was addressed pretty quickly with management.
