Stark is a very friendly and energetic place to go to. The staff are amazing and the services they offer really help, as well as keep me motivated to live the healthy life style everyone strives for. Shout out to head Coach Richie hogan, he really amps everyone up with his positivity and good spirits (hehehe). If you are looking to get your health dialed in and get into shape, this facility has the most dedicated staff that will transform your life.

Stark is personal training personified! While the arduous work is up to me, the Team at Stark provides me with every tool required to be successful and achieve my goals. I am supported in all aspects of my health, and the training is incredible. For me, it’s all about the people and I am glad to have the help from experts that care about my journey.

The Team at Stark starts with smart, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable professionals that assemble themselves seamlessly into my support group. I have access to all manner of disciplines available that coalesce into my program, which is dynamic (changes as I do).

Joining start has been a life-changing experience. I gained such confidence from the way they teach you about nutrition and their unique way of training is like no other experience I’ve ever had. I never expected at 58 years old to be healthier and stronger then my 20s 30s and 40s simply incredible!!

The one thing I can't say enough about the Stark concept is that it WORKS! They have the 360 degree approach to health and wellness down to a science! It's really as easy as doing what you're told. The doctors, nutritionists and trainers take all the guess work out of getting healthy and fit. I competed in the Stark Naked Challenge this year, and all I did was follow instructions. I ate the way I was instructed to, I did the weight training I was instructed to and I got in my cardio as I was instructed to and the change in my physical and mental health has been amazing! Never, even as young athlete (gymnast), did I have a body fat percentage of 12.5, but now, as an almost 52 year old woman, I have a body fat percentage of 12.5! Wow Wow Wow!
I had been struggling for several years with joint pain, unexplainable weight gain, mental and physical fatigue among other ailments. My primary doctor couldn't come up with the reason. Dr. Alice at Stark diagnosed me with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. She recommended I eliminate gluten and dairy from my diet. That was hard! I LOVE bread and ice cream. But, within a few months, I started to feel better. After the 20 weeks of the Stark Naked Challenge and rigorously adhering to the appropriate diet for my body, all of those symptoms are gone. I've never felt better!
