  Most of my visit here have been good. Friendly staff.
  
  However on days when it’s slow and they literally only have one teller available it’s frustrating waiting... surprised they only had one person working.

  I looked at reviews for many different BofA branches to decide where to go to establish a business account. I had all the paperwork completed and the account opened online, but needed to choose a branch. After seeing all the negative reviews in my immediate area, I drove from Lake Forest to this fairly new BofA office. I could not have been more pleased. A pleasant and efficient young man named Ivan greeted me in the lobby, took my paperwork to be reviewed by the manager while I used the ATM to activate debit cards and make a deposit. He stood by in case I had any questions while I did that, then introduced me to the small business banking officer. Ivan gave five-star service. It looks as if other branches could take a lesson from this small but new BofA office.

  So most of the reviews are of the place not being where the map said it was. Well, those were from about a year ago and the map is now accurate.
  
  I’ve only had great service here and will keep going to this location because every time the service has been exceptional. The staff is friendly and often give you reminders about changes that you may not be aware of.
