We needed to have our 15 year-old water heater replaced before experiencing a disaster. Brad answered all of our concerns and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Painless! (November 25, 2018, 8:09 am)Water Heater only responded to my service call the same day. Our unit was leaking and needed attention right away. They sent Christian out the next day to take care of it. He was very skilled, polite, and meticulous. Knowing we had to have hot water, he worked late into the evening on a Friday night to make sure the job was finished. He replaced the leaking unit with a new one, cleaned the area where he worked, and made us happy. He was one of the most efficient technicians that has ever come to our house for a service call. I must say that Water Heater Only deserves a 5 star rating for a job well done.
(November 12, 2018, 4:48 pm)Our two water heaters were leaking and we discovered it on a Sunday night. Ron came out Monday, helped us to buy one larger one and came out Tuesday to replace the two with one larger, rewired all of it and we are back with a new water heater and no more leaking. Ron worked hard and continuously, got the job done and cleaned up very well! The job was finished faster and at a better price than our other quotes.
