(September 10, 2020, 9:10 pm)We remodeled our kitchen recently and purchases an over the range microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The purchase was easy, staff was very friendly, and delivery was next day. We were so happy with the service. We had a manufacturer issue with our oven, which the manufacturer was as not willing to help us with. I called Howard’s and spoke with Susy Cabral who fixed the issue within 2 hours. Even though we were outside of the 30 day exchange period Susy allowed the exchange. It’s so refreshing to work with a store who truly cares about their customers satisfaction!! Thank you so much Susy!!! You have a Howard’s customer for life

Carl Alford really went above and beyond assisting us while we were there and we really appreciate all his time & his help on choosing the right set of Washer & Dryer for our home.

I’ve bought multiple appliances from Howard’s and will keep going there in the future. Highly recommended for excellent service, far better than any other appliance retailer.
