(July 18, 2021, 6:50 pm). . . one of our favorite Vietnamese restaurants to visit in the Fountain Valley/Westminster areas. It is a newer, more modern style Vietnamese restaurant, but we love eating there, and their Phó and Bún Bo Hué soups are delicious. Also, one of the GREAT and unique appetizers they offer is Ban Beo, which not many Vietnamese restaurants offer.
(June 17, 2021, 3:38 pm)Hủ tiếu khô (dry) was good although the sauce is on the sweet side. I will come back to try mì khô because I feel like the sauce is more appropriate for mì than hủ tiếu.
