(August 31, 2017, 12:49 pm)Sat Nam Yoga offers amazing spiritual yoga classes. One class that am particularly fond of is the Kundalini Class hosted by Sangeeta. Everyday Wednesday evening I would pay a visit to detress and detox my mind in the middle of a hectic week. Offering poses, stretches, mantras, and guided fire breathing it feels revitalizing as well as serene sense of calm. Highly recommended for a layperson and no experience needed. For business hours you have to check out the website.
