2nd time here. Helen was fantastic. No pain. In and out quick. This is the best lab corp. Was done so fast I decided to shop in the area and found more great places. Thank you Helen for the great service.

I tried to get an online appt. with Walgreens but every location was a wait from 1 - 2 weeks out. I found Westminster location and they had 4 next day appts open so I booked the earliest of the 4. I wasn't familiar with the location but I'm not too far. Parking is not easy as the office is set back strip mall style with only one entrance and exit. This is why parking is a problem. I was lucky getting one. I checked in thru my phone and when I went inside, I was immediately greeted. I checked in again at counter and asked to wait. Hiep was very friendly and handled the check-in smoothly. The lobby had approx 5 & then 2 more came in after me. They must have all been walk-ins because I was the first one called. This is why I wouldn't recommend just walking in. Nham called me in and was also friendly and we shared conversation. I have small vein issues which I advised her about and she was considerate of my request for a butterfly needle. The entire process took less than 15 mins between drawing blood and leaving urine specimen. I had a 12:45pm appt, called in 12:50pm and in my car at 1:10pm.

I've read previous feedback and I don't dispute the person had a bad experience. I too have been in labs and had to wait extended periods of time and that was with an appt. I've also left 1 & 2 stars for these locations with followup visits to see if there were any changes so I could update my rating. Sometimes it was better sometimes not, so I went to another lab and won't return. Hopefully the issues that previously existed have changed and going forward this lab will be able to increase from the current 3.5 to above 4. The lab is located in the Little Saigon community so employees 1st language is not English, but rather a language suited to the majority of the population in the area. I only speak English but found the 2 employees I interacted with did fine. If you have issues with language barrier my suggestion would be to select a location more suited to your needs.

What stood out most was the professionalism and skill of the staff. The process of drawing blood, often an anxiety-inducing prospect for many, was surprisingly painless. Despite needing three test tubes of blood, the procedure was over within a swift three minutes.

Most impressively, the entire visit, from my 10:15 appointment to my departure, lasted a mere 12 minutes! Such speed and efficiency, without compromising on service quality, truly set this Labcorp branch apart.

In summary, my visit to Labcorp in Westminster was quick, easy, and surprisingly comfortable. With its painless procedures and speedy service, this facility is setting a high bar for healthcare services. I can't recommend them highly enough!
