Jasmine Place Apartments

Jasmin place is a wonderful place to live. I recommend living here!!! Kathy the leasing manager is a pleasure to work with. Claudio is the man for maintenance, he gets things fixed !!!!!

I love my new apartment it’s so beautiful with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. and washer and dryer in the unit. The staff is super friendly staff Tee and Kathy are great and very helpful!

I highly recommend these apartments, they are clean and well maintained. Kathy the business manager is very friendly and the communication has been great. The maintenance staff responds to any questions or service requests very quickly. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

I honestly love this place, the spaciousness of our bedrooms/ bathrooms and the delicious foods almost at every corner nearby. Unfortunately, we have to move into a 3 bedroom to take care of my dad. This place will definitely be missed by my spouse, for sure the kids and I. There's really nothing more I can say, but to experience Jasmine Place yourself. We've met wonderful neighbors that we had encountered throughout the years of our stay here (3 years+). We have to give all our love to the staff, property manager Khanh that had always made us feel so welcomed and always checked in to see if we needed anything fixed, adjusted, removed, etc. One of the best parts of our stay.
You'll truly be missed. Very sweet individual and I'm sure ya'll will agree when you have a chance to meet her. Victor (maintenance) is someone you can also count on in getting anything you need. Always made sure we were taken care of (our surrounding neighbors as well)happy and satisfied. Big thanks to you guys for the best experience we could ever experienced. I really believe there isn't any property manager and staff member that will take care you like they way were taken care elsewhere.

Jasmine Place apartments are peaceful and relaxing. Having a unit on the top floor, the ceilings are 14 feet high with almost 1200 sq feet of living space. Wonderful!
