I think this Victoria’s Secret location may be the saddest I’ve ever been to. No doubt it’s because the Westminster mall seems to be a dying place. There’s not many people walking around every time I go. This VS store is so dead that they don’t even have the regular cashier area open, there’s a few small kiosks located around the store.

Nonetheless, I did receive great service the two times I’ve visited! First time was to do a pickup order I had placed online. The lady helping me was very friendly and even showed me their new bombshell perfumes while I waited for them to grab my order. Second time I had to go back for a different size. The girl that helped me the second time was great!

I’ll definitely be going back during their semi annual sale. Hoping that since not many customers frequent their location that I can grab some good stuff!!

Such a small location but I love it and as usually always located right next to Victoria Secrects. The staff as well is always extremely helpful and quick to greet you the moment that you walk through the doors. I don't prefer the clothing but they have amazing quality you can't beat

❤ I love this store! The vibe just draws me in.. you have to hit the sales though, otherwise it's expensive. When they have their 10 for $35 or 7 for $27 on panties it's the time to go. The staff is so helpful.
