(December 29, 2018, 6:58 pm)The owner John, a senior citizen, continues to come to the restaurant, and chat with the customers and cleans the tables. He is a nice gentleman. We like their food, and the free coffee with the food. It is physical handicap compliant, with two parking spaces nearest the parking lot restaurant entry doors . If you live in Leisure World Seal Beach, show your ID card for a discount on the regular priced items.

(November 23, 2018, 5:28 pm)I've had breakfast there many times, I usually get the special that includes 3 eggs over easy, bacon, hash brown potatoes, wheat toast and a side of fresh salsa, with tax is $7.60 this place is super clean, parking was easy, and it's in a convenient location. Love it!
(November 10, 2018, 4:16 pm)Pretty full on Sundays so expect a wait. Food was delicious, although it took 20 minutes to eat while we waited. Maybe I'll try again another day.
(October 24, 2018, 5:48 am)VERY spacious clean, convenient fun diner style hamburger joint. Excellent customer service, nice to everyone, senior friendly.
Only reason I did NOT give 5 stars - onion rings. Look so delicious on menu, ugh.
Will leave there, rest of menu food okay though! Enjoy, recommend.
