This place was packed, so I was happy I made an appointment. But I will give 5 stars due to all 3 tellers being quick, nice, and caring, being that it was as packed as it was, and especially when it came time to take my photo. In and out within the hour.

Having an appointment saved me a lot of time!

I highly recommend it.

The customer service reps I dealt with, were patient, and professional, except for one, who I attempted to ask a quick question.

It was crowded, and parking was a challenge, however overall, my experience was good.

GET IN BEFORE 5PM and you’re golden! 30 mins to renew DL.
4:50p- arrived on a rainy Monday. Check-in line for no appointments was long but moved quickly.
4:52p- received ticket number, packed waiting room, 50 ppl ahead of me
5:12p- my turn!
5:20p- license renewed, photo taken, paid, done
*will receive new license in the mail in a week

Fairly efficient layout, with 30+ window stations, a separate corner for test-taking, and 2 photo stations along the wall. (no mirrors)
The written driver’s testing ends before 5pm, so I had to return following day, but was able to skip the check-in process and go straight to window #40. Computerized touch screen test had 25 questions with immediate notification if your answer is incorrect(which i appreciated). Paper tests also available in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English.
You get up to 5 wrong answers to pass. You’re allowed to take the test 3 times in a row if u fail.
