“Love the variety of the workouts, the different days that focus on certain body parts & the mix of levels of skill-set of those that go. It's a large gym and you are able to modify the workouts accordingly. I like their attitude & their flexibility of class options (early AM/late evenings available) . Started going in June for the 21 day challenge - I didn't see a lot of results as I didn't follow a healthy eating routine along with the workouts + didn't go for like two weeks (my fault), but I continued the month to month and am going 4-5x/week and feel myself stronger & more agile. Especially working in an office...it is a GREAT release of stress. Wish the music sometimes was better, but each coach has their style. Really like leg days surprisingly!”

“Don't know about other crossfit gyms because I've never left here to find another place. The coaches are friendly and very knowledgeable on technique and form. The crowd that comes here is friendly and encouraging. You will not regret coming here if your looking for a great workout. Just be prepared to sweat a lot.”

Dr. Jenna Vo and the pharmacy went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure I would still receive my medication and not have to take off work again to do so. “Get Adjusted by Phil as he’s a Master at moving bones when most Chiropractors now only use a click click hand held tapper or just use machines. Also, what it would normally cost to get adjusted for one time, for one person, for one adjustment anywhere else you can get adjusted by Phil for an entire month and for a few dollars more you can add a second person or your entire family! It’s Phil’s belief that everyone should be getting adjusted at least once a week for life and Phil makes it extremely easy for people to get adjusted regularly. Phil has unlimited Chiropractic plans for as low as $99 a month!”

“This office is more pleasant then others dentistry office. Yes, they do strap your kids down like some of the reviews mentioned, but only when your kids are not staying still. My daughter been strapped down when she was younger, around 4 years old, it’s for her safety. We are talking about medical instruments here that can cut and bleed the gum if your kids don’t stay put. So stop the whining, people. We been going to dr Olivia’s office for over 13 years and counting, except for one year we had insurance they did not accept...that office was a nightmare. I am in no relation with dr ovilia’s or her office.”
