I purchased a tungsten ring with an image engraved on the front of the ring online and amazingly enough for a completely custom ring I had the ring in my hands the very next day. Sadly I had ordered the wrong size, my fault not theirs, so I had to exchange the ring for the correct size. I made an appointment at their storefront in Brea and they exchanged the ring for a very small charge and had my brand new correct size ring in my hands within 30 minutes. Their exchange policy is awesome and their customer service is even better. I will absolutely do business with them again, in fact I am already in the process of ordering another item from them. I ordered the Maserati wedding ring for my husband. It was our anniversary and I wanted to get him a new wedding band.
