Caduceus Specialty

I have been bringing my Husband here for the past year and have been treated by 2 doctors and was about to give up with this facility completely because they had horrible bedside manner. Today we came in and saw Dr. Amanda May and I have never been happier. She is amazing hands down, very knowledgeable, I felt like she was actually LISTENING to us!!! I have never met a doctor so warming.

I've been in here for 3 times now and it's been so quick and nice! Dr. Tonelli is so professional and sweet. Always seems to care and respect my opinions and concerns! As well as the receptionist Alyssa! Alyssa was so helpful. I needed to see if I can change my cardiologist and neurologist and I had to call my insurance. But they sent me back to my primary doctor to check it out and Alyssa made it so much easier! She also has such a sweet and kind voice! Made the frustrating process way better for sure! Thank you for taking your time and helping people with such a nice attitude!💗

This is my second experience with Caduceus Medical. I had a 5 star experience before with them regarding Covid19 months ago.
I was recently persuaded to have a blood test done as I'm never sick but also never get check ups. Yes I have insurance but nothing broken nothing wrong.
I'm fine in the past with broken ribs, stitches and other injuries....but having blood drawn for just a check up was not high on my list. The last time that needed to be done was not good.
I only know her name as Riley, but she persuaded me to have it done and promised me that it will be fast and trouble free.
Thank you Riley for your referral and Crystal for the blood draw....fast painless and easy. I'm from San Diego and have insurance and providers here but will gladly drive to a Caduceus Medical facility in Orange County and pay out of pocket for anything non emergency.
