The guy that came before him was a total scam artist, and told me he couldn't fix my A/C unless I gave him 4 grand. It was a nightmare. Scott was honest, and conducted himself professionally, and fixed my A/C without issue. He took the time to explain things, and really gave me a comfort level with what he was doing. There are so many scammers out there that dupe homeowners, it was refreshing to see an independent owner/operator that has values and honesty.
