“Let's make this clear: I am not a Seventh Day Adventist. I grew up in a traditional Buddhist family. However, I've always been open-minded and curious about other religions. I started going to this church because my girlfriend is an SDA. I must say, the experience has been transformative and enlightening. Everyone at this church has been super friendly and extremely welcoming. They do not push their religion down your throat, yet they focus on change and action through devotion, service, and community. They have a new pastor, Pastor Jonny, who has been doing wondrous work for the church and the community. His sermons are so insightful, empowering, and reflective. This church is made even more special by all the members. They are so devoted to the church to making each Sabbath a special service - to the Audio/Visual team, to the Lights/Sound team, to the Praise/Worship team - they all put their heart and soul to spread their faith and love for God. If you are an SDA family visiting in town nearby, or just a non-denominational religious person, or even a curious non-religious person/family who is missing something in their life/lives, come check out one Saturday service. You will be renewed and rejuvenated!”

“My husband and I have been at Echo for just 4.5 months, but it has honestly felt like we’ve been with them MUCH longer. Probably because they value knowing God together & community. My husband and I have had many precious times outside of Sundays with the pastors & their families, as well as with the rest of the church members. What stuck out to me about Echo when I was looking for a church is that: they’re missional (they part of SEND network & came all the way from Tennessee to obey God’s call to share the gospel in California), they’re southern (who doesn’t appreciate southern hospitality in SoCal? 😂), & the leadership leads & teach with such humility, grace, and truth. It’s hard to explain & may take you to come by one of our Sundays (or community groups!) to see it 🙂.”

“It’s so refreshing to find biblically-based, honest down to earth churches and pastors. I first tried this church last week with Pastor Hill preaching which was awesome and one of the reasons I came back. Pastor Rolph preached today and was wonderful, hilarious and the real deal. The music is beautiful and well-led, with not only newer songs but some hymns, which I love. My son loves the Sunday school and was asking me almost every day this past week when he was going to church again. He was so happy. All in all, great experience. I kept telling my parents about Pacific Hills and they can’t wait to come in the next couple weeks.”
