He and Natalie Pecoraro spent hours and hours with me on the phone during the two weeks I was planning my father’s service from 3k miles away. They went above and beyond with their caring words, time, comfort and service. During my father’s funeral, Ricardo and Lucy Duong stood attentively in the hot sun for well over an hour, helping with guests and dealing with flowers and prayer cards, among many other things. I could not have asked for more, they anticipated needs and provided help and information at every level of planning and execution. “It's a beautiful spot, I'm thankful for the view when I go. The service was rushed with my father. The worst part was them unable to wait on burying the casket, I had to watch a yellow tractor dump dirt on my dad. Insult to injury- they drive on the headstones, leaving tire marks and damage. Not to mention, when I go to visit- seeing the tractor makes me feel awful. Just a heads up.”
